He Manages 43,500 Bitcoin. Now He’s Coming to New York

New CEO. First public appearance.

Raphael Zagury to Headline Bitcoin Treasuries Conference 2026 — The Wall Street Event of the Year for Digital Assets

Raphael Zagury, newly appointed CEO of Twenty One Capital — the second-largest corporate Bitcoin holder in the world at 43,514 BTC — is confirmed to keynote the Bitcoin Treasuries Conference 2026.

Zagury took the helm three weeks ago, succeeding Jack Mallers. Make no mistake, this is a new chapter for XXI. “Our business will perform best when we focus on the cash flow we generate and the rigor with which we allocate capital,” he said on taking the role.

Before XXI, Zagury built Elektron Energy into one of the most efficient Bitcoin mining and infrastructure operations anywhere. Before that, he cut his teeth on Wall Street: Goldman Sachs, Deutsche Bank, and Merrill Lynch.

Now, his mandate is explicit: build XXI into a powerhouse Bitcoin operating company with a strategic vision inspired by Berkshire Hathaway. So far, the company with the second-largest Bitcoin balance sheet has revealed little in public.

On September 28, that changes.

Zagury joins Adam Back, Grant Cardone, and Eric Weiss. Seats are capped at 300, and early adopter pricing is disappearing fast.

The message is clear: the world’s largest Bitcoin and digital asset balance sheet managers are converging on Manhattan in just two months.
