Cantor Is Backing His DAT. Now, He's Speaking in New York

ETH, SOL, and BTC are all coming for the ride.

Bill Barhydt will speak Bitcoin Treasuries Conference 2026 — The Wall Street Event of the Year for Digital Assets

Bill Barhydt has been into Bitcoin since it was under $1. Now, he’s building one of the world’s largest public digital asset treasuries.

Founded in 2014, Abra is merging with a Cantor Fitzgerald-advised SPAC to list on Nasdaq. The deal values Abra at $750 million, with backers including Pantera, Blockchain Capital, and SBI rolling 100% of their stakes into the company.

New Providence, the SPAC vehicle, brings up to $300 million in trust cash to the table, subject to redemptions. This is real growth capital, not just a listing shell.

It’s also not your usual Bitcoin treasury play. Abra doesn't stack Bitcoin on its balance sheet the way Strategy, Metaplanet, or XXI do. It's building infrastructure, custody, trading, and lending for institutions and RIAs.

There’s another difference. Abra is a DAT. That’s digital assets, plural.

Yes, Barhydt sees a multi-asset future and believes public companies will own and manage BTC, ETH, SOL and stablecoins, all on the same balance sheet.

Adam Back. Grant Cardone. Eric Weiss. Raphael Zagury. They’ll be there to offer their view. You can still be there with them, but seats are capped at 300, and early adopter pricing is disappearing fast.

The world’s largest Bitcoin and digital asset balance sheet managers are converging on Manhattan. Claim Your Seat Before It’s Gone → This pricing won’t last.
