Borrow Against Your Bitcoin Treasury With True Self-Custodial Control
Psalion Built the Bitcoin-Backed Loan Treasury Teams Have Been Waiting For

Psalion has launched a Bitcoin-backed lending product and we think it is worth your attention. The basic idea: pledge your Bitcoin as collateral, borrow USDT or USDC at a current fixed 5.5% annual rate, and keep the Bitcoin in your own custody wallet for the life of the loan.
Most Bitcoin lending requires you to hand over the collateral. Psalion keeps it in a client-dedicated account through Utila / MPCVault, with all transactions auditable on-chain. The lender cannot unilaterally move or rehypothecate the funds, and all the lending operations are executed directly within this custody environment.
Minimum loan is $600,000. No credit check. Funds disbursed within 12 business hours.
The terms
Loan-to-value: Up to 60%, margin call at 80% LTV, liquidation at 95%
Interest rate: Fixed 5.5% net per annum, paid monthly
Origination fee: 0.5%, no prepayment penalty
Loan duration: Three months default, other terms on request
Approval: Collateral only, no credit check, no restrictions on use of proceeds
Why it matters
Borrowing against Bitcoin is not a taxable event. Selling is. For treasury teams and large holders sitting on a position with a low cost basis, that difference is significant. Add in the custody transparency and the protection against rehypothecation, and this is a more complete product than most of what has existed in this space.
